Sugar Lake Recreational Properties is a unique 66 lot lakefront "Shared Interest" development located on Sugar Lake in the North Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. We have a total of 45 RV park lots and 20 cabin fully serviced lots. There is also a privately owned lodge and bistro.
The properties are surrounded by thousands of hectares of beautiful treed Crown land, freshwater lakes, a river and streams, with majestic waterfalls and mountain ranges. We're located just 14 km north of Cherryville, British Columbia; 50 minutes from Vernon and only 90 minutes from Kelowna and the Kelowna International Airport. Sugar Lake offers wonderful natural & water recreational activities such as unlimited hiking trails, exploring, ATV areas, along with swimming, great fishing, boating and some areas for water skiing. The present development of Sugar Lake Recreational Properties began in 2006 on the family owned campsite. In 2015, a group of existing lot owners purchased the resort property, putting life back into this wonderful rare development.
A "Hidden Jewel" of the Okanagan, one that enliven anyone who comes and stays here. Sugar Lake Recreational Properties offers a wonderful opportunity to invest and enjoy that investment first hand.
