Man dies after motorcycle accident in Panama City Beach

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Police are investigating after a motorcyclist was killed in Panama City Beach.

On May 1, Panama City Beach Police officers reportedly responded to a one-vehicle motorcycle crash near the intersection of Front Beach Road and Origin in Seahaven.

Officials say a Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling westbound on Front Beach Road and at one point struck a curb as it approached Origin near Seahaven.

PCBPD says the motorcyclist lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown.

The cyclist, identified as Allen Michael Hester, was taken to Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in life-threatening conditions, where he later died from his injuries.
