ICC T20 World Cup Squad 2024, Captain Announced

USA Cricket has announced the 15-man squad for the United States for the upcoming 2024 ICC T20 World Cup, to be held in the United States and West Indies from June 1 to 29.

With the tournament just around the corner, expectations for the squads are high as cricket enthusiasts and enthusiasts speculated who would make the cut for the competition.

Led by Monank Patel, 31, the team consists of a mix of new and old faces. The squad also included former New Zealand player and 2015 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup finalist Corey Anderson.

How many players does each team have?

A cricket team has 11 players who are broadly divided into the wicketkeeper, batters, bowlers and all-rounders. Each team also has a certain number of reserve players. However, only 11 players can be on the field at any time.

Teams may change their roster before May 25. Thereafter, any changes will require approval from ICC’s Event Technical Committee.
