Pintard calls on FNM supporters to work together after nomination – Eye Witness News

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Arriving just before noon on Friday, Michael Pintard walked into the headquarters of the Free National Movement to much fanfare.

Waving banners and wearing T-shirts that read “Unstoppable Together,” an enthusiastic crowd of supporters flanked Pintard as he was officially re-nominated for the party’s top leadership post.

An emotional Pintard thanked his mother and wife for their continued support in his life. He said he “longs for the day” when he could appropriately “celebrate” the legacy of his predecessor and leadership opponent, Dr. Hubert Minnis, but noted that it is time to “ completely different direction”.

The nominations for the party convention on June 1 end today at 5 p.m.
